When starting a business, the owner is faced with a range of challenges. As a business grows, different problems and opportunities demand different solutions - what worked a year ago might not be the best approach. By knowing this, it is really important for a business owner to have a well-developed business plan.
While reviewing the business plan on University Parent, Inc., I noted that the company gave several advantages, challenges and risks that would make their company thrive. University Parent, Inc. provides a service that will allow parents of college students to stay connected to critical issues for the college student such as: managing money, avoiding credit cards debt, balancing school, part time and extra-curricular activities. University Parent, Inc. provides several resources for the parent and student. For example, on page 532, the company outlines the guide features and benefits for a parent to use their products and services. Although this newly, established company has addressed certain issues and challenges their company will face, they also have a guide for success.
By University Parent, Inc. creating a strong development plan to overcome entering into a new market that is solely for commercial businesses, it motivates the reader to stop and reflect on their plan up does not habitually write on such subjects.
