Writing Manuals are manuals that help with style and formatting also grammar style, usage and general writing mechanics for academic papers.

Tutorials and guides would be more helpful for me because of the different guides set up to help with certain writing style. I feel I have a problem with grammar and clarity, the tutorial and guide resources have a specific section that helps with my weakness.
