{draw:frame} The purpose of this term project is to successful implant Chipotle Mexican Grill in the international market of China. Within the upcoming proposal I will propose how I believe our successful franchise can prosper along with furthering increasing profits. This proposal will address cultural and logistical concerns which I believe can hinder our success. The future final project will include solutions I believe will best alleviate these concerns. Our product will enter into the fast food market which is currently altering the way the Chinese culture dines. By glancing at the successful business model and success of staple American corporations such as McDonald’s and Yum Brands I believe we can strategically position ourselves in being a welcomed and delightful alternative to our competitors. Our company, Chipotle Mexican Grill, is quickly becoming an American favorite. Our standard of high quality products will not be sacrificed as we begin to grow international and we will follow through with our founder Steve Ells vision of “Food with integrity.” A small company in comparison to other franchises Chipotle is still in the beginning stages of growth. Our product is simple in its origins and production. We create tasty Mexican dishes from burritos, tacos to guacamole utilizing only natural products such a hormone free meats. Our food is fast in the regard that it is served quickly however not in the manner that it is prepared and never lacks quality. In previous years we have seen our sales revenue grow by over 55% and one of the primary reasons for this is relying upon our product to our advertising for us and have a very small advertising expenditure. In the final proposal I will include marketing and advertising plan that I believe will be successful in the Chinese market and still retain our minimalist view toward promotion through innovated ways.
