Re: Chief Financial Officer Resigns
Exchange Commission’s (SEC) Investigation
Richmond, VA, April 8, 2013: Our Chief Financial Officer David Knapp has suddenly resigned from Virginia Physicians for Women, Ltd.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is investigating the accounting practices of Virginia Physicians for Women, Ltd. Because of the uncertainty of David Knapp’s resignation, Virginia Physicians for Women, Ltd is determined to cooperate with the SEC and make any changes deemed necessary to comply with the standards of the SEC.

Virginia Physicians for Women, Ltd has named Shirin Khater as interim CFO until the position is filled. She has worked in the accounting department at Virginia Physicians for Women, Ltd. for over 10 years. She is knowledgeable on accounting principles and will assist in making sure the requests of the SEC are met and adhered to.

This press release is to notify all of our stockholders, suppliers, and creditors that our company is still stable. We are looking into legal actions to take against our former CFO after a case is built. Our company is still operational and we are working hard to regain the trust that has been broken. We are confident that even though our CFO has left the company we are still able to operate effectively.
