Contract Creation and Management
The following document contains a brief description on a letter format addressing the concerns of legal risks associated with Citizen Schwarz AG (C-S) Project. This letter will give a description of both organizations and the problem that can create a potential legal case that benefits neither organization. There will be recommendations based on changes that both organizations can benefit from and how a new agreement can be reach with further negotiation with strategically planning business opportunities for both businesses.

Re: Legal Risk between Span Systems and Citizen Schwarz AG (C-S) Project
Span Systems negotiated a $6 million dollars contract in a bilateral form with Citizen Schwartz AG (C-S) approximately eight month ago, in which they were to develop and implement new and more advance banking software that would bring the company to a competitive stage with today technological demand (University of Phoenix, 2002). However, the process is not delivering what it was mean to do and requires clarifying policies that should have been administrated prior to launch. In this case Citizen Schwarz AG (C-S) indicated a clear violation by making the agreement more powerful and the approach can be useful information by the defense in a developing case. However, charges still need to be implemented as per a declaration of the organization, keeping in mind that the proposal was designed to be highly effective by helping to distribute at irregular intervals what it can be the main source of the problem.
