A. Preparation of ingredients including equipment needed requires 1 to 2 persons only – 2 prepare the equipment while 1 person prepares the ingredients.
B. Peel the carrots. Only 2 workers required. Peeler, knife and chopping board are needed.
C. Wash the carrots. Only 1 worker could do. Strainer is needed.
D. Boil the carrots. Only 1 worker could do. Gas stove and casserole are needed.
E. Mash the carrots. 1 to 2 workers are needed. Mixing bowl, fork and spoon are needed.
F. Put the powered milk into the mixing bowl. 1 worker could take place. Measuring cup is needed.
G. Put the sugar into the other ingredients in the mixing bowl. 1 worker could do. Measuring cup and spoon are needed.
H. Put the condense milk into the mixing bowl with the other ingredients. 1 worker could do. Measuring cup and spoon are needed.
I. Put the peanut into the mixing bowl with other ingredients. 1 worker could take place. Spoon is needed.
J. Mix all the ingredients until it become sticky. 2 to 3 worker could take hand. Spoon is needed.
K. Cut the plastic wrapper into square in size. 2 workers could do. Scissor is needed.
L. Packaging. 3 to 4 worker could take place.
