The disc platinum define my style as being interactive which mean they are true entertainers, they love an audience and thrive on involvement with people, they tend to work quickly and enthusiastically with others. Interactive styles are stimulating talkative and gregarious. Interactive styles highly self-reliant rather than depend on other to achieve the quality I want. I believe this attribute allows me to work well in a group and ensures that assignment are turned in on time, and that the group goals are met, according to the disc platinum I am open direct and sociable.

Styles depend on how we approach problems, interact with people plus follow rules and procedures.
