Italy relatively is a very popular country. The number of foreigners residing in Italy, this year has exceeded 5 million people, of whom 4.5 million are in possession of a residence, and 600,000 are illegal immigrants. There are different advantages and disadvantages of migration to Italy. Italy welcomes the migration of young, educated people who are able to effectively work and pay taxes and contribute to the improvement of the demographic situation in the country. Concerning the pull factors I want to say that there are better living conditions, better government and citizen of Italy socially protected compared with countries such as Russia or Ukraine and other third-rate countries. During my research I have not seen information on racial hostility in Italy. It would be very good for people from African countries and so on. Also it is very attractive country for young students especially concentrated on studying fashion or design and similar things. Other pull factor or advantages of migration to Italy:

-If foreigners obtain a residence permit, they will be able to move through the territory of the Schengen countries, and to work there.
-Also Italian legislation does not prohibit dual citizenship; I think it is a good way of Italian government to attract people in their country.
-Importation of personal property and money are free of duty, what is important for immigrants.
-Italian legislation allows confirmation of the educational and professional skills acquired for example in Russia.
- Legally residing in Italy immigrant is free in his movement and can live in Italy or in other EU countries.
- Government of Italy provides significant benefits for immigrants to buy their first house.
- There is no exam in Italian language at registration immigration.
