“Home Made Food vs. Fast food”
Different people have different choices in choosing their life style. A busy person who has no time to cook his own food will prefer to eat his food at fast food kiosk stands or restaurant. On the other hand many other people concerned in keeping a healthy life style or they like to cook their own food. I will argue in this essay about the advantages and disadvantages of these two choices.
The first comparison is time consuming. If you have a very busy, fast food stands or restaurants give’s you the advantage in saving time in order to put it in your daily bases assignments and work. Buying a fast food can go as quickest paying at the register and picking up your food. In the other hand home made food has the disadvantage of consuming your time. Home made food require a lot of time, buying the produce from the market, preparation and cooking all of this time you have to eliminate from your busy schedule.
If we want to compare these two product from health. Many Fast food product causes variety of health problems. It ingredients high in sugar and fat. It considered one of the main reasons in causing obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular diseases and in some cases cancer if eating in a daily bases. In the other hand , home made food give you the advantage in living a healthy long life if you chose your ingredients wisely and avoided all of the bad unhealthy ingredients.
The third comparison between the two product is the cost. The home made food has the advantage in cost, the cost of buying ingredients that you need for preparation of home made food will be a lot lower than buying the food from the restaurant. because you can use the same ingredients in preparation more than one meal while fast food the money going to buy only one meal.
In conclusion we can say that each choice has it’s advantages and disadvantages but in my opinion as college student homemade food is much better...
