We can never rush to buy a printer without thinking first whether this particular printer best suits our needs. Before getting a printer for my employer, there are several factors that I need to considered depends on printing needs which request by her.
Budget
Before purchasing a printer several aspects have to be taken into account. Nevertheless the most important thing to consider is the budget, as this may affect the company. Buying a printer at a cheap price is not just the main purpose as you must budget for the printers’ consumables such as ink and paper. A cheap printer might not necessary mean the ink that is used by the printer is cheap, while an expensive printer might not necessary indicate that the ink is expensive. Different printers’ uses different types of ink cartridges, some example of ink cartridges are toner cartridges and inkjet cartridges. However these types of cartridges can still be further divided into 3 other parts which is the OEM Cartridges, Compatible Cartridges and the Remanufactured Cartridges. The OEM which means the Original Equipment Manufacturer are produced by the original printer manufacturer or their licensed partners, cartridges that comes from this category can be a little pricey but the quality of the output is assured cartridge are designed specifically for the model and carries the brand name of the printers manufacturer. A compatible cartridge are specifically design to meet or exceed the requirements of a printer as it does not carries brand name and it may be usable for different or other type of printer models which is less pricey than the OEM cartridges. Last but not least is the Remanufactured Cartridges or the refurbished cartridge is the least expensive comparing to the OEM as these cartridges have gone through a cycle and have been recharge or refill to be reuse.
