I am suitable for this role because it suits and is similar to the role I occupy in my current job. I am part of a very busy team in my current job which entails answering an average of 30-50 telephone calls/enquiries per day, and emails. This has given me the edge to be an excellent communicator with my clients, both in my telephone conversation as well as answering any written correspondence. I also manage and prioritise my workload as part of the bookings co-ordinating team, and also effectively manage my clients (Bank staff, Agencies, Site Managers, as well as colleagues). I have proficient knowledge in using Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). I am very competent in the area of customer service as well as administration, and have the ability to multitask even under pressure while maintaining the right attitude and being professional. I am a very team-spirited person and like working with my team to meet deadlines, and can also work very much on my own with little or no supervision if need be, using my initiative to make decisions as the need arises. I'm also a believer in personal development and like to gain knowledge in whatever I set my heart to do,as the saying goes "No knowledge is a waste". I personally believe I suit this role and can do well if given the opportunity.
