Since we have been little kids all of us got used to watching TV of some sort and being
entertained by the television screen, it could be from watching a movie or specific show that is
being broadcasted on the air. Many people I would say the biggest majority just sit down on
couch or chair and get the remote control push the power button and start watching TV
without even thinking of how the TV came about and what is going on inside that box. I am
writing a report on high definition TV . in this report I will be covering how they work ,how does
the picture comes about and what’s are some of the components inside of them.
The first concept of a television set came in around 1920. I believe the television was just
black and white with a big dial in it so the costumer can change from channel to channel. The
first TV set on the market came out to the consumers in 1930s and commercial broadcasting
started booming in around 1940s. but in this project I will be talking about high definition TVs
and digital telecommunications which receive the coming in signal that your TV is receiving. The
worlds digital communications has a big meaning to the public and the consumer. Many people
ask why the high definition TV and what will it do for our future. To answer one most common
question if the TV’s that we already have and the vcr’s all of our old cameras will they still work in
the future. I would say yes or no. I would say about 15 years ago we had old school TV’s which got
our signal thru cable. At that time that was the best way known to mankind. It was fast and
reliable but one of the draw backs was that the quality wasn’t there..
Having to go from digital to analog conversion would be made easy and people can do it
but in now days with the analog technology dying it would be quite unexpensive to do that. For
