I have read a lot of articles about heart disease. And right now I can make a conclusion that heart disease has become a serious concern for science and it is the number one killer in the U.S. A. It is also a major cause of people disability. There are many different forms of heart disease. The most common cause of heart disease is blocking of the coronary arteries, the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart. The name of it is coronary artery disease and it happens slowly. It's the major reason that people have heart attacks.
Other kind of heart problems can happen to the valves in the heart. Some people are born with heart disease.
The symptoms of a heart attack:
Chest pain
Shortness of breath
Dizziness or faintness
Sweating
Nausea
Cold or sticky skin
A gray or very ill look
Here are some ways which can help to reduce your risk of heart disease.
Stop smoking. Smokers have very high risk for heart attack and are much more likely to die if they suffer a heart attack.
Improve cholesterol levels. The risk for heart disease increases as your total amount of cholesterol increases. You should eat  food with low percent of cholesterol. This will lower cholesterol levels and reduce your risk for heart disease.
Control high blood pressure . More than 50 million people in the U.S. have high blood pressure, making it the most common heart disease risk factor. One in four adults has systolic blood pressure (the upper number) over 140, and/or diastolic blood pressure (the lower number) over 90, which is the definition of hypertension. So it is very important that you should always take control over your blood pressure. Today's blood pressure medications are effective, safe, and easy to take.
Be active. Many of us lead inactive lives, exercising very rare or not at all. People who don't exercise have higher rates of death and heart disease compared to people who involved in physical activity. Even activities like gardening or walking...
