To start, there are many different ways to staying healthy and living a nice long life. You can stay healthy by doing a few things every day. Excising and working out doesn’t always have to be stressful and hard, you can play the sports that you like or you can go to the gym, or even wake up earlier and run. Working out and keeping fit can help you in many different ways and it can be fun.
There are many things to take into account while devising a lifelong fitness plan. For instance there is time, workout ability and room to take into account. You need all of these things to boost your lifelong fitness plan. To keep every part of my body strong and active I would do many different exercises that work on all different parts of my body. I usually exercise for 1 hour a day outside of 9th period weight training. I play basketball with my friends basketball get the whole body moving by running, jumping and bending your knees. Basketball is a popular sport all throughout the world. Basketball is a fast moving game that involves a lot of variety, including shooting, dribbling, passing, rebounding, defense and much more. According to the better health channel, “Basketball involves a lot of starting and stopping. While not renowned as an aerobic sport, it is still a great workout that can help you burn calories (an hour of basketball can burn 630–750 calories), build endurance, improve balance and coordination, develop concentration and self-discipline and help build up muscle.” There are also many other health benefits besides these, these are just the basic few benefits for playing basketball.
