My lovely hometown is Westwood which is located on the western side of Los Angeles; California near Westwood Village. My town is the home of the famous University of California, Los Angeles. Anyone who visits Westwood will see attractions are Westwood village, well-known for motion picture theatres, Hammer Museum, and restaurants and shopping. I would like to call it historic old town. The people are trying to conserve their history and culture. Our neighboring residential area is Holmby Hills, which has the wealthiest residential areas.
The average population of Westwood is currently about 60,000 residents with the majority population is near the town and the neighbouring villages

The most exciting part of growing up in my neighborhood was a mixture of ethnicities ranging from the whites, Asians, Latinos and the African-American. Interacting with the diverse backgrounds is interesting where I was able to learn various aspects of their culture.
