Hongxing Barite Grinding Mill with The latest Design

Barite grinding mill is one type of roller mill which use roller and ring to grind the barite rock into fine powder. The final barite powder fineness of barite grinding mill can be 325 mesh, and usually 200mesh barite powder is used widely in the oil drilling industry. Barite Rock is crushed into smaller size which is suitable for the barite mill in advance. Bucket Elevator transports the crushed barite into hopper. Under the hopper there is one vibrating feeder, and this vibrating feeder sends the crushed barite into the grinding chamber of the barite grinding mill.

Bucket Elevator transports the crushed barite into hopper. Under the hopper there is one vibrating feeder, and this vibrating feeder sends the crushed barite into the grinding chamber of the barite grinding mill. Inside the barite grinding mill, the barite is grinded into fine powder by the roller and ring in high rotating speed. After the selection of the powder analyzer machine, the fine barite powder which meets the requirements goes out of the cyclone powder collector as the final product.

This system is capable of producing material with a final particle size that complies with the current API standards, but with a more even particle size distribution. By adopting this system, if baryte with a specific weight of 4.1 kg/dm3 is milled, the resulting particle size curve is composed of about 12% of particles10 µm and 100% smaller than 75 µm: the specific weight of material with these particle sizes is identical to that of baryte with an initial specific weight of 4.2 kg/dm3 milled using only a pendular mill. Inside the barite grinding mill, the barite is grinded into fine powder by the roller and ring in high rotating speed.
