The trait of my character was generous. Many people think that was hard to save money and donated it, but I did not think like that. My mother did it; she saved two to three dollars per day to donate to charities. When I was a little girl, I asked her why she always donated money to the poor because we were not a wealthy family. Then, she told me that she was from a poor family, and she knew how hard the poor live. She wanted to help the poor to get out their predicament. Besides she saved money for the donation, she also told us to use coupons when we shopped, that could help saved more money. Do not call us cheap. When we used coupons saved that money we would donate to charities. Therefore, I loved to use coupons to shop that I could lower price to buy stuffs and also could save some money to help the poor. Although, it was not a huge number of money, sometimes it would be what were the people needed. My mother does not like to buy any famous name brand to us. She told me that we should satisfied with what we had, and do not be a materialist. Since I still young and loved to follow the fashion, I still bought some name brand stuff. However, I would limit myself only can buy two named brand stuffs per year. I would use it carefully and kept it looked new that I could trade with my friends. This money I also donated to the charities that I could have what I want and also helped people, too.
