The most significant thing i learned was that sometimes you have to speak up, or know how to get your ideas heard.

I worked in coffee, and there was a know-it-all new employee who wanted to prove her coffee making skills, so when it was the buisiest hour i threw her on the bar. She sisnt wanna work the bar or show off anymore after that.

My role now is a lot similar to the beginning of the quarter. I volunteer a lot and get designated to lead, but i like it cause it gives me something to do.

I worked with a very flamboyant gay male. He was very girly and wore a little bit of makeup and sometimes would wear a womans blouse.He was very outgoing with his co-workers. He was very kind and did it in a classy way, but was very shy around the customers because he was afraid of being judged.

I learned that when setting goals one should always make sure their goals are set for the right reason. Sometimes when you set goals out of spite, you are the one that ends up looking like a fool.

One of my co-workers got bumped up to a manager, and made sure she didnt have to deal with any customers and always took a lot of breaks. It was like she was doing it because she had a lot of power.Contrast Revision
My little brother and sister were born on the same day, and they share the same twin gene, but they couldn't be more different. Steven is a UW honor student, and susan is a pot farmer. Steven is straight-laced while susan is a wild child. No matter their differences, they will always be twins.
