Kudler Fine Foods Code of Conduct
At Kudler Fine Foods, we strive to provide high quality products and service to every customer. In order to provide a high level of service, we have established a code of ethics that is to be followed by each employee of the company. Any violations of the code will result in disciplinary action up to and including possible termination of employment.
* Build an honest relationship based on trust with employees, co-workers and customers.. This will make Kudler Fine Foods a place everyone wants to shop and work at.
* Kudler Fine Foods is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing a workplace and shopping experience that is free of abusive, offensive or harassing behavior.
* Continuously make the effort to improve our products and services.
* Customer and employees privacy is mandatory. Any personal information obtained will be kept confidential and disposed of properly when necessary.
* Illegal activity of any type will not be tolerated.
* Management will address all unethical issues promptly and properly.
* All competition between our store and competitors will be fair and ethical.
* No employee of Kudler Fine Foods will be employed or associated with a competing company, or with a company that has financial interest in the company. To do so would be deemed conflict of interest.
* The hiring of family and relatives will be closely monitored. A person in a management position will not have under his supervision any member of his family or any other person with which he may have a close personal relationship.
* Our business practices will not be influenced by gifts, gratuities or other types of bribes and we will not engage in that type of behavior with any of our customers or suppliers.
