1 Aneesa and Arissa brought their brother, Yassin to Zoo Negara. The pathway was muddy, wet and slippery. Yassin broke his ankle while walking along this path. After the incident, Aneesa and Arissa made a complaint to the Zoo Negara’s manager. The manager then pointed to a small notice at the end of the zoo which stated “The management shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or death of the visitor howsoever caused”. There was no such notice at the ticketing counter, entrance, or any other prominent areas in the zoo. Advise Aneesa and Arissa.
