ITNRDOUCTION
There are many cross-cultural problems that are worth considering before talking about Hofstede dimensions and his point of view. As a matter of fact, we are influenced by our cultural background. Where ever we go, the values and methods stay with us. Nobody can forget their values and adopt a new culture completely. It affects our way of thinking, perspectives, beliefs, perception, religion, spirituality, our way of living, social behaviour, how we communicate, how we live and how we think, etc. If someone is a doctor, his attitude towards his clients will influence his culture. Communication is a big problem. People from different cultures that don't have English as a first language face many challenges. Literacy level of a country is also a problem. Awareness of the family members role is a great problem where the society is highly collectivist. There are many other problems, but these are the main problems in different cultural differences.
Cross culture communication describe the ability to improve an create an effective relationship with the members of a culture of different societies and countries.
