Mental Health Reflection

This essay is a reflective account based on my exposure of substance misuse issues in the mental health setting. I will particularly focus on one service user. My justification for what I did will be focused on evidence based practice. I will be using the Gibbs Model of Reflection (1988) to structure my essay. In order to maintain confidentiality and to comply with NMC (2012) I will not use the actual name of the service user, instead I will be using a pseudo name ‘Craig’.
