Journals 1A to 5B (10*10 = 100) : Journalling is one of the learning activities for this course. There are two types of journals:
Journal A is the place to demonstrate achievement of learning outcomes that demand your demonstration of conceptual understanding. You can do this by writing a succinct account (or paraphrasing), keeping quotes to a minimum, addressing what the author of the reading seems to mean. You are encouraged to write in the first person in order to emphasise the interpretive nature of your comments. In your writing please disclose your uncertainty (logics of humility and possibility) about any new ideas and make a direct request to your tutor for assistance.
An outstanding grade in Journal A´s is possible by responding adequately to the portfolio tasks with deepened engagement in key and additional readings
Length: 800 – 1200 words
APA style guidelines to be followed

This is an important activity that enables you and your tutor to assess your professional growth.
