Abstract
The written assignment is a profile of the transformational leadership style of Mary McLeod Bethune as she inspired a prejudice nation during a shameful period of our history as a country. It is within the context of this assignment that we also highlight her as a formal leader that influenced presidents, achieved lasting results as a leader and how she affected and impacted change during challenging times. In conclusion, at least five recommendations and advice will be offered to those who have succeeded her and desire to emulate her as a transformational leader themselves.

Their lives and legacies serve as testaments of the lasting positive impact they have had on our society and the world as a whole.
