This project is the structured outline to organize the company policy and procedures, for a company-wide compliance system. Headquarters will implement the training over two days divided into two five hour training periods. Headquarters will send a knowledgeable trainer to a central location in each region for a more hands-on training session. At the completion of this training the CEO has requested immediate feedback from all participants to accurately evaluate the effectiveness of the training.

With the implementation of the new compliance system technology, it is only appropriate to provide the training needed to roll out the new technology to be used properly and to provide a complete understanding by all employees. Implementing any type of new technology systems into the workforce requires a great deal of planning, goal setting, researching, solutions, and analyzing and monitoring followed by an evaluation of the results. A brand new companywide compliance system has been created, and 10 hours of training for all managers is required for the system to become effective and reach its goals.
Potential stakeholders are the individuals or group of individuals whose support in the project greatly influences the direction and success of the project. In this project proposed training the potential stakeholders are the committee members of the head office and the members of the financial department, marketing department, and individual branch managers (Schraeder & Self, 2010).
