1 Gather user requirement by conducting workshop/ interview/ discussion.
2 Design and document workflow and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.
3 Provides single point of contact for assigned projects, coordinates interaction between internal and external resources, and tracking of project progress.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1 As a member of the Integration team the Business Analyst will be primarily responsible for mapping existing IT business processes and external solution.
2 Conducting interviews with key stakeholders (leadership, business & technical managers) across the organization in order to understand both the current and future processes are clearly understood.
3 Clearly understand all processes of the existing system and supporting legacy applications.
4 This role will assist in requirements gathering, analysis, testing of requests, including effectively documenting and articulating tactical and strategic requirements to management, business stakeholders, and developers for the purpose of developing solutions.
5 This role will serve as the functional expert for applications integration and help develop use cases and screen mock-ups/wire-frames describing business processes and expected functional experience.
6 This role will coordinate internal system release testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to facilitate effective and organized issue resolution. This includes training QA/ UAT team members on the application and/or process change, and assisting in the overall management of the testing process.
