Dear Erik:
This letter confirms NJVC’s offer of employment to you as a Systems Administrator.. Annualized salary offered to you for this position is $75,000.00. The salary information in this offer is proprietary and should not be discussed. Your tentative start date will be TBD. This date remains contingent upon the NJVC Security Department receiving verification of your Top Secret/SCI clearance information and the approval to be briefed by our customer.
On your first day you will report at 8:30am to NJVC - Corporate Headquarters located at 14295 Park Meadow Drive Chantilly, VA 20151. At that time, you will receive an employee handbook and summary plan descriptions, which will provide you with our basic benefits, policies, and guidelines. You will be reporting to Crystal Bentrup of Enterprise Mgmt Services - Customer. Business necessity may require changes in job content and supervisor.
As an Exempt employee, you will be entitled to participate in a wide range of benefit programs, including those listed below. This position may require shift work, overtime, and/or on-call hours which will be compensated in accordance with NJVC’s policies.

This offer is contingent upon verification of your Top Secret/SCI clearance information and the approval to be briefed by our customer. This contingency will be removed upon receipt of this approval. The position requires that you obtain and maintain a security clearance at a Top Secret/SCI Level. Your inability to maintain your security clearance may preclude your continued employment with NJVC.
