Dear Mr. Stonefield,
As you requested I have put together some recommendations for the pay and benefits strategies, with these recommendations Atwood and Allen Consulting believe Landslide Limousine will increase its performance. This memorandum will address the following topics: Alignment of the performance management framework to the organization business strategy, organizational performance philosophy, the job analysis process your will complete to identify the skills needed by employees, methods used for measuring the employee’s skills, process for addressing skills gaps and approach for delivering effective performance feedback. This recommendation have taken in consideration that Landslide Limousine expects a negative annual net revenue (-$50.000 its first year), and is plans to employed 25 employees. At Atwood and Allen Consulting we understand it is imperative to originate a strategy to maximize performance and minimize turnover rate to ten percent or less. In order to do this, Tracy had asked me to research and elaborate a proposal that will look and address all your concerns regarding to Landslide Limousine’s overall performance management plan.
