A religious tradition an act of something that followers of one religion do because it was done for many years by gods or goddesses. These traditions are diverse for each different religion. Each religion has its own texts, stories, and myths etc. that permit people to read about that tradition to a specific religion. For example the Christian religion tells the story of the creation of earth and how it happened according to Christian beliefs from the bible. In some religions the scared reality is not seen as only personal attributes but is more like a natural energy or mysterious power that is manifested through the universe and nature. Some religion praising the reality of multiple gods where they each are separated each entitled to an aspect of reality such as the gods of Egypt. It also explains why certain days are religious holidays and why there are certain traditions. The Hindu religion has the Bhagavat Gita, the Ramayana, and other texts that enlighten the stories of the lives of certain gods, goddesses, and heroes. It also explains why we must commemorate specific holidays and how we should celebrate them. Most of the Hindu literature was collected in Sanskrit. The Buddhist religion had Theravada, Tripitaka, Mahayana, Tibetan, and many other sacred texts. Islamic religion has the Quran, which is also a book that includes all of the guidelines that Muslims trust is what they have to pursue in order for them to lead a better life.. These texts also have great and sacred meanings, traditions, and reason for many of the Buddhist beliefs. These traditions are sacred because they have deep meaning which is used to scare people into keep their faith.
