Abstract
This is a two part research paper. In the first part I will compare and contrast between the theoretical and practical differences between formal research and business plan. In the second part I will search a testable statement hypothesis “there is no relationship between a sense of employee empowerment and productivity” and conduct a survey of literature.
Research design
The choice of words and the way the proposal is structured can either attract or repel the decision maker, helping the seller to win or lose. (Sant, 2004).
HR professionals play the role of teachers, educators, and coaches in order to build effective teams then empower them by relying in their points of view and involving them in the decision -making process. In today's constantly changing work environment, company's main goal is to keep their production higher, the plant efficient and their consumers satisfied that why a lot of companies invest in their employees’ future and improve their quality which are the company’s future and quality.
In rapidly changing environments, skills quickly become obsolete. Wall Mart maintainscurrency by providing training and educational opportunities to help employees develop new skills and gain new knowledge. Strategic development includes these efforts but also involves exposing employees to learning opportunities through different assignment called “CBLS” these opportunities include involvement in cutting-edge research that enhances employees’ s skills, personal, interpersonal, jobs and career Experiences that prepare future leaders by affecting attitudes and relationships.
