Immigration is a major problem in the United States today. Hundreds of thousands of immigrants come into this country every year. Some legally others illegally. They say they come to seek out the American dream or to escape poverty. Either way they are causing nationwide problems. Non English speaking workers take jobs away from American people because the will work for cheap wages. Illegal immigrants receive welfare and health care and the money to fund this comes straight from the citizens of the United States. I think a limitation should be put on the number of legal immigrants allowed into the United States each year. There should also be more stricter border patrols to monitoring who comes here.

In my opinion all illegal immigrants should be placed in custody to be deported because they have broken the law, illegal does mean against the law. I also think all legal immigrants that commit harsh crimes should be deported and never allowed back into the US, or placed in jail. The majority of immigrants, are rude and disrespectful. I have experienced rudeness first hand in store lines, on the road and in public places. I hear the same type of complaints from other people all the time. They should not be that way, no one should be that way. These people should adopt the American culture, not totally forget who they are and where they came from but adapt to our ways. It seems that they fail to realize that the US is helping them, they need to respect that, instead of acting as if they don’t need the US and acting as if they are better than Americans. They should always remember why they chose to come here.

Hard working citizens support people that are on Social Services whether they like it or not. The high cost to support them inflates taxes.
