Persuasion project

Domestic violence is a huge problem in today’s society, it is not only a problem for women but also for men. Men being abused is highly overlooked. Men tend to not report being abused because of shame or law enforcements blame the men for abusing the women, even when they are clear marks on the mans body. The point of our groups project was to aware the class of the signs and warning of being or having a loved one be in a domestic violent relationship. It is important to know the signs and how to respond to them properly. Our group tried to talk about the many ways to seek help or how to approach a loved one the right way to insure they listen and understand what is going on. We tried to persuaded the class to act when they see any act of violence or abuse.
The group used several different tackiest in order to persuade the class such as, central route to persuasion, this is a more “to the point” and direct way to persuade. It is based on focusing on the arguments and making sure they are strong and compelling, the group did this by having strong solid facts to lead with. After hearing a message the thought is very strong but over time it tends to less...
