Nowadays, Managing a kindergarten in Hong Kong is extremely difficult. The kindergarten, which I want to share, is Tsing Yi Trade Association kindergarten. It is a non-profit-making school. It is located in Tsing Yi Cheung Hong estate. It offers classes in the morning and whole-day child care services. In the following essay, I would like to analyses the management, leadership, crisis management and marketing strategies of this kindergarten.

First of all, I would like to analyze the management of my practicum kindergarten principal Ms. Lui. “The management process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling the activities of employees in combination with other resources to achieve organizational objectives. “(Mosley, D. C., Pietri, P. H & Megginson, L. C., 1996) Ms. Lui can show that she using the management process of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling to manage the teacher. For example, how to manage the teacher allowance? Firstly, the principal using public consultation, but she took a limited and normative authorization. While she set the long-term and short-term goals of the school, on the other hand, without affect the school, respect for teacher opinion, such as teacher development allowance is according to the wishes of teachers.

Furthermore, Leadership is “ an influence relationship among leaders & followers who intend real changes that reflect their shared purposes.”(Draft, 1999). It can see that she adopt facilitative leadership to encourage morale, cultivate teacher leadership (Briley, 2004), the principal is "background" role in authorizing teachers to solve problems, the principal being leadership of the leadership (Du, 2007; Maeroff, 1993), at the appropriate time the principal to catalysis and guide them (Conley & Goldman, 1994; Lashway, 1995; Amy, 2008).
