Good evening, ladies and gentlemen. The disease I am speaking of is AIDS.
Symptoms of AIDS such as loss of weight, on and off fever, multiple boils, loss of appetite, loss of hair, and general weakness. Anyone who has these symptoms or has been ill for a long time must get tested. If you don't, the lives of your children and spouse are in danger. After a few months or years of illness, the victim dies. Anyone who has had sex with multiple partners without a condom is at high risk and should be tested. Many people are afraid to be tested. They shall not be afraid. The test is quick, cheap, and reliable, and if you have symptoms, or have had sex without using a condom,u must be tested. Go to your doctor. Trust your medical doctor. He will tell you the truth about why you are sick. There is no cure for AIDS but early treatments can save your life.
AIDS is a real and dangerous disease, and there is no cure but you can protect yourself. Avoid those possible risks that leads to AIDS . You must protect the lives of yourself, your lover and your children. Remember, AIDS is only spread through ignorance. We are speaking to everyone here today, but especially to the youth, those from age 15 to 30 years of age, who are especially at risk because of the level of their sexual activity. We need to bring AIDS to the discussion table, to talk about it and feel comfortable talking with our children about it. Silence kills.
Thank you.
