The Most Helpful Technology Can people live without technology? It is hard to imagine life without a large number of beneficial types of technology. Every morning, people brew coffee in an electronic coffee maker, check local weather conditions from the Television, and may eat a piece of toast, which is just baked in an electronic toaster. After that, people commute with music, which is streaming from a car audio system. People use cell phones, the Internet and many other useful types of technology everyday. As technology develops, human beings are now trying to travel through space and some believe that time travel is not impossible. Someday, people may travel through space everyday just like they drive cars today. Thus, the development of communication technology has changed people’s lives; cell phones and the Internet are the most beneficial forms of technology. It is obvious that cell phones are a very convenient product. Although it is sometimes argued that teenagers abuse by texting too much, they help people many ways. For instance, people who love to walk up mountains sometimes have an accident or lose their way. They usually are rescued quickly when they use their cell phones to request assistance. Some cell phones are equipped with Global Positioning System (GPS), which is linked to a communications satellite. The National Assembly of Korea is trying to pass a bill that every cell phone must be equipped with GPS because it is very beneficial for rescue missions. Furthermore, people can play games on a cell phone and take pictures when they want to store their important moments. In addition to cell phones, the Internet is also one of the most beneficial technologies for industries and individuals. A large number of many types of industries already have used the technology of the Internet because many businesses can reduce unnecessary expenses.
