I- The book report is purposely done and written as a part of fulfilling requirements in Humanities II under Mr. Jimmy Amarillas. It will cover the novel entitled “Message in a Bottle”. The book has 370 pages and it was published by Warner Books, Inc. The Warner Books, Inc. is located at 1271 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY 10020. They are also accessible at their webpage, www.warnerbooks.com. The novel “Message in a Bottle” was written by the #1 New York Times Bestselling Author and a Screenwriter, Nicholas Charles Sparks. He was born on December 31, 1965, in Omaha, Nebraska, to Patrick Michael Sparks, a professor, and Jill Emma Marie Sparks, a homemaker and optometrist's assistant. He has 17 published novels, with themes that include Christian faith, love, tragedy and fate. Six have been adapted to film, including Message in a Bottle, A Walk to Remember, The Notebook, Nights in Rodanthe, Dear John and The Last Song, which most of us are truly familiar with those Movies. The True Believer and The Lucky One are expected to be released as a film this year, 2011. I personally choose this book to be the coverage of my Book Report because of Nicholas Sparks. I am a fan of The Notebook and A Walk to Remember. As I’ve read the feedbacks about “Message in a Bottle”, it seems that this is one of the most popular writings of Sparks.
