Allow me to introduce myself; I am Tyler Sarter, a member of a group of teenage entrepreneurs that have formulated a market and advertising plan that will increase your foot traffic and gross sales. We will take advantage of the huge teenage market buying power of these young adults between the age of 14 and 18 years of age.
Black Pearl was started in the summer of 2008 by 5 individuals with a vision of hosting classy social events for teenagers and young adults.” Sort of like an upscale banger.” Over the last few months we have grown into a network that spans throughout the entire suburbs of metro Detroit.
There will be a high school party, held every other month, in various venues throughout Oakland County. We project/expect a crowd of 500 to 700 teens at each event.
We would hope that you would contribute to our 1st official party at would be titled The Red Carpet. The scheduled date for the party is February 28, 2009. To this point we already have booked a Dj, designed a flyer, made arrangements for the production of the flyers, and have tight security in place. As far as venues are concerned we have 5 possible places in mind these are the newly opened Pi restaurant located on Northwestern Highway, The Marriot of Southfield, The Double Tree Hotel in Novi, The Somerset Hotel in Troy, and Farmington Manor in Farmington Hills.
As far as sponsorship is concerned me and my partners have come up with 3 packages.
1- For $200 We are offering a spot 2500 of the event flyer with your, logo,name, and location of your business.
2- For $300 we are offering our sponsors space to display or hang a large banner, at the event. Also your logo would be on long sleeve t-shirts that would be given out to females when we began to pass out flyers for the party. (option 1 is also included in this package)
3- For $600 we would allow to headline the event. Ex. Burn Rubber Detroit presents “ The Red Carpet”. Options 1 &2...
