Executive Summary:
Within this report I detail how the Company deals with marketing issues including a SWOT analysis, environmental variables and three physiological variables influencing the potential customer decision making process in relation to the Company’s key product in its current market and in a potential foreign market. I also explain how consumer behavior has influenced the adaptation of the organizations marketing mix.
Regarding the Company expanding its roots into foreign markets I have produced an audit reflecting the following:
Marketing objectives that the organization intends to achieve in its new geographical location and I have identified and explained two theoretical concepts underpinning the globalization process and also evaluated the behavioral trends and patterns as well as the Macro Environmental factors that affect the consumer buying behavior in its new geographical locations.
I explain how International marketing, human resources and logistics elements will affect the organizations international business management process.
