Intersect Investment organization was a company with various years of successful growth, but now they are encounter with a business crisis that is spiral in down in the marketplace. Therefore, causing for the older employees to be frustrated in comparison to previous experiences and success of the company. Due to that the company sales and customers satisfactions are down creating an environment of argumentative manager’s, territorial. And in which way the company is going to handle the situation since they are refusing to accept change or acknowledge their errors.
Janet Angelo EVP of marketing and sales have the assignment of unifying the organization concept of customer intimacy around the management and been that she is the newest member of the team. Even when they have discussed the customer’s intimacy plan with the employees it was never implemented where they would get acquainted and costume to its functionality. Therefore, the new plan had cause tremendous disagreement among the management team and executives that it filtered down to the employees were it has cause confusion, mistrust and frustration. The EVP Janet only has 12 months to have this plan implemented and fully functionable throughout the company and have them working as one team through the vision and mission of the company.
