Decisions in Paradise Part 1
When looking at all the considerations for our organization to establish a greater presence on Kava, we should first look at three key areas. These areas are organization process, human resources, and ethics. These areas should also take into account the current physical limitations available on Kava as well as other social aspects. Kava is a very diverse island country in both ethnicities and religions. The economy is that of an island country that has suffered from some disasters in quick succession. We should look at all of this.
As we look at the populace of Kava, we should look at our goals that we want to achieve and how they can impact the local populace. The local populace is getting assistance but the need is still there. We should not exclude or push away any of the different ethnic and religious groups that inhabit Kava, so first we must establish ethical guidelines in services that will not create unwanted resentment. We should keep in mind that the majority of the populace is also under our own legal age. With much of the country under the age of 15, what we do to impact parents should also be felt by their children. We should put these ethical guidelines in as soon as possible so as to establish a better working relationship with the natives of Kava.
We should look at the local indigenous religions as try to setup these ethical guidelines as to not cross any religious boundaries. By establishing what is considered bad in these religious groups we can work at creating a unified plan for which we can execute our desires to expand in the country as well as have the understanding for when we hire native employees.
Human resources are of high quality and cheap but we must establish an ethical boundary to hire no minors. By hiring quality workers we should establish bonuses and pay increases that correspond with local accepted policies. It...
