Day 1
* On January, 4, 2010 is the first day of our school nursing exposure of the high school department mapandi memorial college marawi city in 7 to 3 shift We arrived in school exactly 7:20am this day is our orientation day, our clinical instructress Ma’am Monaliza Ergas oriented us all about the school nursing, she instruct us how to gathered data and also she give us a assignment to search about a 10 most common problems of tenages students, and also supply there interventions’. And she required us also to make our General Objected and specific objective in our school nursing exposure
Day 2
* In the second day Jan, 5, 2011 in school nursing exposure is we did our Assessment form in high school department through there health status, I assigned at 3rd year high school with my Co-group and its so challenging because a teenages students is an hyper active and thanks a lot that all of them are participated to our assessment and isn’t hard to get their data.
3rd Day
* The day of January, 11, 2011. This is the 3rd day in our exposure, we make our consolidation data through high school department of mapandi memorial college we notice that we have a two student with in below normal BMI, but most of them are normal BMI, then we submitted the consolidation data to our Clinical Instructress spontaneously with the other assignments after all she instruct us to be prepared in our last day exposure that’s the day of Teenages Class Program
4th Day
* In the day of January, 13, 2011 is the last day of our School Nursing exposure and this our teener’s class program, we already prepared at 9:00am and while waiting to our C’I we call the High School Student to come inside in AVR and we started the program we have 3 lecturer discussing us how to learn and help the High school student in there health problem then a lot of intermission also, the presenting of data at the same time we serve a snack’s for those students inside in the AVR, we...
