The scenario four project entails a company that currently provides the executives with smartphones, the smartphones include access to the internet. The company has decided to cut costs by offering the smartphone to all employees that currently have a company cell phone and laptop. There are 100 employees with both a company cell phone and laptop, there are ten executives that are considered priority recipients. There are currently 15 employees going through the necessary training that will need the smartphones when training is complete. If funding is approved this project will save the company money in the long run.
The stakeholders needs vary. In this scenario the stakeholders are; the employees receiving the upgrade, the company providing the service, and the company maintaining the project. The company is a stakeholder because it will be benefiting from the project. The priority of the stakeholders is to save the company money.
