The importance of physical fitness for a soldier life , a civilian life, and physical fitness in general for anyone to have a healty life and stay healty till old age
The importance for physical fitness for a soldier so he/she can perform there best in the battle field so there team dont have to carry him/her cause there fat fucks and cant carry shit or walk ten yards with out dieing and needing a break. Soldier's that enhance there physical abilities would not only make them feel good but also make them have enjoyable, productives lives. Physical fitness helps the soldier with hes weight,diet and nutriunts intake in hes daily lifes. Not having a good physical state of mind would lead to fatty foods and tobacco useage and also just sitting around the house all day and not do nothing causing a unhealthy life and haveing medical problems in the future. the soldier should also take a PT test every month to see if they made improvments or need to see what they have to work on. Another reason why soldier need to be physicaly strong is so they could go to school like airassault,airborne,ranger,sniper,selection,and delta force cause the physical demands are high in these school and if u cant make these demands then your a peace of shit and should just go kill ur self for not even trying to be the best in your unit and your battlion, if u are in a leader position and your a weak fuck then your soldiers would not follow u and respect you so physical fitness is a big thing in the military life. when a soldier is trying to better hes physical fitness he/she should always do the functions of working out like cardiorespiratory, muscular strength, muscular endurance and flexibility. cardiorespiratory is endurance the efficiency with which the body delivers oxygen and nutrients needed for muscular activity and
transports waste products from the cells doing this in a soldier work out is great if the soldier likes to drink alot and eat...
