When having to address unwanted reactions that I may have to face when trying to convince the business committee to accept my proposal for a new service I would try and explain in full detail what a benefit this new service would be. Explain to them that this new service would not only benefit our employees, but also benefit those who also are in our building. Steps to make sure that the audience completely understands my proposal would be that I provide them with accurate information as well as to show them how it could benefit our company, and be very beneficial to others.
