I think that men have it easier in this world. They can get more jobs because they are stronger which makes them able to work harder and longer. Also they don’t get harassed as much as woman do. Plus they don’t have to worry about as much stuff as a woman does. This is why I think men have it a lot easier than woman do in this world today.
When it comes to getting a job an employer is looking for someone who is strong and who can work long hours plus their attitude. Men tend to be strong and work very hard so employers like to hire them over woman. Men are stronger and can lift more than woman so employers like to have them so they can get deliveries and send them out with out any problems. Plus men get along with people better than woman do they tend to handle issues by keeping it to them self and not blowing up about little things. This allows them to handle the stress better than woman do, and that is why they are favored in the work field over woman.
Men don’t have to deal wit harassment as much as woman do. Because men tend to make jokes and say things about woman’s physical features. This causes problems and the woman end up getting the men arrested and it creates a big dilemma and this makes issues for the people involved. If it happens at a work place they make the company go through harassment classes, this can cause a company to slow down and lose business or In the worst case shut the company down. This is a very important reason why men have it easier.
When it comes to the stuff that men have to deal with from day to day it is no were near the amount of stuff woman have to worry about. If they have kids they have to get them ready for the day and feed them. Or she might have to do all of that and still be ready to go to work.
