Anyone Can Be a Baker
As a baker, I can tell you that anyone with a sweet tooth, patience, and love for the kitchen can join the top ranks of a baker. Most people complain how baking Chocó-flan is hard to baker just by looking at it, but have never tried to bake it. If you want your first time baking to be a successful one you must have time and the proper tools.
First, you need a flan pan. Not just any pan though, but an aluminum pan. I recommended it better because that way the bread won’t stick to the pan. You will also need 1 cup of water, ½ cup of oil, 5 eggs, chocolate cake mix, 1 bottle of condensed milk, 1 bottle of evaporated milk, and vanilla. You want to have everything in reach and maintain the area where you’ll be working clean.
Now, once you have all the ingredients and a nice workable area, you can get started. Start by mixing the cake mix in a bowl. The 1 cup of water, ½ cup of oil, and 2 eggs will be added into the bowl and mix it all together until well mixed. Having that ready place it to a side and prepare the flan separated. Inside the blender bowl you place the bottle of condensed milk and evaporated milk, the 3 eggs that are left over and a maximum of three drops of vanilla. Blend it all together.
Having both the cake mix and flan mixed together take a second to pre-heat the oven at 350F. Next take the aluminum pan and spray it with baking spray to prevent the cake to stick to the pan. You then place the cake mix first and on top the flan. Cover the pan with aluminum paper and place it into a bigger pan filled half way with water. This will help to keep the bread moisture during the baking. One the pan is inside the oven you set the timer to one hour and 15 minutes.
