What aspect of the constitution matters most to me you ask I have honestly never thought about this subject before this day in my life nor did I have any desire to but if I have to sit back and think about it all the freedoms that I enjoy are because of the constitution and the bill of rights.
I spend hours upon hours a day on the computer writing in internet blogs about the unfair treatment of pit bull terriers and that the BSL legislation is completely unfair and compare it to racial profiling I would not be able to express my opinion on the matter if not for the first amendment.
I’m originally from New York City so the forth amendment is something I know all to well as the police Officers in New York City seem to be a bit more edgy and quick to place people up against the wall to pat them down and want to check your bag or pockets cause you look out of place in certain neighborhoods but I was taught by my high school teacher to exersize my right and speak up for myself if ever I feal like my right is being violated.
Being that I am a born and raised city boy I’ve never been hunting and I was unable to own a gun as I lived in foster care since I was a young teen but after I had moved out I went on a few hunting trips but still was finding it hard to own a gun in New York City cause they make you file for all kinds of licences and permits just to own a firearm withing city limits but out here I proudly carry my gun on my side holster in public with nothing said to me and I find it weird in a city with crime I’m not allowed to carry protection but in a rural town in Kentucky I’m able to wear my gun by my side and not worry about someone trying to rob or bring any harm to me being New York City you think they would allow you to open carry and allow the second amendment right to ring true.
