Criminological Theory to Ted Bundy’s Atrocities
The Brain is a difficult thing to comprehend, there are many different theories as to why an individual commit’s curtain crimes. Many would and will say that crime is the result of bad social, physical and environmental conditions. Which to some degree I believe is true. Curtain people have different traits that help aid to that idea. I would not go as far, to say, that a “normal/stable” individual, one who as no neurological deficiency, could commit heinous crimes, as Ted Bundy, Charles Manson, Jack the Ripper, etc. did, because they were in the wrong environmental setting. There are many different theories that attempt to explain why criminals do what they do. In “my” opinion, it is a difficult thing to lump all criminal into one psychological theory. Crime such as shop lifting, burglary, etc. arouses people by the possibility of being caught or punished. There are many different types of arousal’s; it could be the possibility of being caught, a feeling of dominance by inflicting pain on others, etc. It’s whatever gets you going. Ted Bundy Found pleasure through is heinous crimes. He enjoyed hurting...
