1.0 Research Project

Philosopher Immanuel Kant once said, “Knowledge is the beginning of all wisdom”. The relation of the quote to our life, it is true that the most fundamental thing in life is to know and understand ourselves.
Self-awareness is how an individual perceived their image and whether or not that image is accurate in comparison with how others perceive that individual (McCarthy & Garavan, 1999). Moreover, Moshavi, Brown and Dodd (2003) stated that individuals who are self-aware, most likely to have higher levels of organization commitment and job satisfaction, and to be more effective in work place than individuals who are less self-aware. However, Goleman (1998) argued that a deficit in self-awareness could be weakening both to one’s personal relationship and career.

After answering the entire question on Human Metrics and 16 Personalities, the tools showed the same result of personality. They called it ENFP - T (Extraverted, iNtuitive, Feeling, Prospecting, Turbulent).



The ENFP personality is a genuine spirit. The findings show that people who have this personality can adapt in any crowd, they are charming, independent, energetic, compassionate, crave creativity and freedom. They tend to see life as a big, complex puzzle where everything is connected and they see it through prism of emotion and always looking for a deeper meaning.

Moreover, individuals with this type of personality invest more time exploring social relationships, feelings and ideas until they get their own satisfaction. After they do, their imagination, empathy and courage are likely to produce incredible results.
Which are true, I feel myself have such strong people skills. I enjoy both small talk and deep, meaningful conversations. I need less effort to communicate with people and lead the conversation also I get along with pretty much everyone, and I feel that my circle of friends stretch wider than years ago.
