Drunk Drivers

One of the biggest problems in today’s society is drunk driving. It kills thousands of people each year. I believe it is one of the easiest solved problems. But I feel like law enforcement and government are going about it all wrong. Suspending licenses and jail time are no fun at all, and does it really teach anybody anything. People will just go back to their old ways. So its obvious something needs to change when going about solving the problem about drunk driving. Or is drunk driving even the true problem? Everyone knows drinking always leads to having a good time and lots of fun. Let’s say you’re at a party at your friend’s house. You know he would love nothing more than you getting drunk and going crazy at his house. He loves it as you stumble through the hallway knocking over lamps and tables and causing other mischief. He thinks it’s hilarious. Don’t forget about the ladies. When the girls smell the large amount of alcohol emitting from your breath they will just come running. Cause they know you’re the right man for them. Nothing is sexier to them than a grown man babbling like a child and running around like a buffoon, falling over random objects. Your friends at the party also happy to see you wasted. One of their favorite things to do is to help you up when you fall over and constantly check the bathroom to make sure you’re alright and ready to party. They love to end their night dragging you to your car. So obviously it would be crazy just to tell people not to get drunk and then drive. It’s just too much fun and some people just refuse to do it. So instead of telling them not to do it shouldn’t we just make them better at it?
Yes it is true that the leading cause of teen death in America is accidents involving drunk driving. But...
